Mr. Emanuel is a British trained Barrister who has been practicing
law for over forty years. He practiced in England for a considerable
number of years. In addition to being a lecturer in Criminal
Law and Justice at Holborn College of Law Languages and Commerce,
he held positions like Stipendiary Magistrate, visiting Justice
of Prisons and Commissioner to the Income Tax appeals Board.
In Grenada he held the position of Assistant Attorney General.
Before entering private practice as a lawyer in Dominica,
he served in the capacity of Dominicas Chief Magistrate.
Besides
the island of Dominica, Mr. Emanuel has also practiced as
an Attorney-at-Law in England and in Grenada. Also as a Solicitor
and Barrister of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Mr.
Emanuel has no difficulty in practicing in Jurisdictions like
Antigua, St. Kitts and Nevis, Grenada, St Lucia, St Vincent,
Barbados, The British Virgin Island and Guyana. Mr. Emanuel
has represented the British Government in Extradition proceedings
in California, U. S. A.


As
a former offshore Banker, Dominica's lawyer STEPHEN K M ISIDORE,
holds professional qualifications in the field of Business
Administration: - a certificate from the University of the
West Indies and an Associate Degree from Brunel University.
Further, as a Caribbean Attorney-at-Law, he obtained the Bachelor
of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of the West
Indies. His legal studies continued at the Hugh Wooding Law
School in St Augustine, Trinidad where he obtained the Legal
Education Certificate.
Mr. Stephen Isidore brings a wealth of experience to the offshore
banking sector. In addition to being a qualified practicing
Attorney at Law, Mr. Isidore has diverse experience in the
cooperate field. Previously, he worked as a customer service
representative at the Dominica Banana Marketing Corporation,
senior loans officer at both the Roseau Cooperative Credit
Union Ltd and the Bank of Nova Scotia.
Other
than on the Island of Dominica Mr. Isidore has also practiced
as an Attorney at Law in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Also as a solicitor and Barrister of the Eastern Caribbean
